    Too much lift without thought.

Nature of the beast with 6" lifts, tbh. They put a lot of stress on the stock components. They should really be avoided. Any lift with a drop axle should be. I ruined a HEMI Grand Cherokee trying to go that route and just sold it shortly after because it kept causing other things to break

You are definitely stressing your suspension components. Enough said.

It makes no sense to me why they would be breaking so regularly now but used to last, at least for a few drag strip launches. But being serious now, I think your best bet would be drop the coin on a axle purchased from your dealer. If that one breaks in short order, I'd say it's time to take that RC suspension to the scrap yard. Start over with a 2.5" lift and still run 33" tires.

All these dumb @$$es today burning up tires with the brakes on thinking they are special... :smack:
When I was young, people laughed at you for doing that.

A "real" engine would lay rubber on clean dry pavement in a straight line, no brake pedal, no clutch slipping, no neutral drop, no getting it going in the gravel, you just hit it.

If you couldn't lay rubber the honest way you hadn't spent enough money yet.

Snapped that stock 30 spline axle like a toothpick , with that much motor evident by the tire smoke . A chromemolly 40 spline axle would take that shockload easier

Looks like a typical GM 10 bolt axle failure ( c-clips)

Especially with being at that bad angle for about 2 years and all I got was a slightly ripped boot
