I think they’ll keep a lot of loose ends hanging. Leave an opening if someone else picks up the show.

I’m way behind. Just started season 6.

On the plus side, it looks like now I get to binge the whole thing

 

Well, the way it played out…. Lots left to be told!

 

That’s a good way to put it. I think they did an ok job given the time they had left. Continued to develop to the end.

The Laconia story line definitely had a vibe kinda like when they introduced Mork on Happy Days or any other spin off set up

 

Should have been a GoT style ending. Would have all been more realistic and made more sense if everybody just got killed in the end. Space:1, Humans:0

 

I think the Laconian story is going to be developed into a spin-off series, or at least one they are hoping to do. I mean it has to be with the way they left it standing.

Otherwise I think they ended it pretty well, I largely take back what I said about expecting to be woefully disappointed. Though it does feel like the conclusion was rushed towards this season and could have benefited from a season 7, I think they did a good job with it

 

Somebody was a BSG fan.

 

So....kind of moot but did I miss what happened to the inner/Mars fleet? They didn't show much of the battle??? Suddenly they are all wiped out?

 

They foreshadowed some excitement with Avasarala arguing about why she isnt in the rear guard. Then just skipped over the whole battle. Im sure if it had been a longer season we would have watched that battle.
