This could end up being a very cool trip! It would be pretty cool to finally meet some of the other Midwest people! Plus, a few of the 4runners.com folks have expressed interest. It might be ideal to camp somewhere with a lot of space.

 

Could go crash @uploadadventure place. He’s got like 80 acres down there. Tons of public places to camp too

 

It would be cool to see @uploadadventure again! I haven't seen him since the super dusty T.W.A.T run of '19.

 

I'm on the Arthur Anderson. Not for long though! We just left Duluth and will layup after the unload in Ohio

Nah, I'm one of the mates. She may be big, but she's pretty nimble. As a steamship she's one of the last of a dying breed

Thanks! It's funny to me because most people I know do it. I'm just ready for more time at home! Thinking about trying to do something on shore but not too many places are interested in someone who has experience driving boats... not that would have me home at night at least

 

Yeah, I can imagine. It's a fairly unique skill set.

I have 450p that I used twice. Then ended up switching to on board air. One less thing to pack and find space for on trips.

 

Which on-board setup did you get? I'm happy with my 300P but always looking for new ways to stay broke.

we have plenty of places to park and camp.

 

Arb dual compressor with Slee off road mounting bracket. I had it on our last pipeline trip, works great. The lady would like a shower setup so it'll also come in handy to keep constant pressure in the water tank (summer DIY project)
