Why do you NEED a full size with a diesel? Are you going to be pulling company equipment with your personal truck?
:itllbuffout: If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Pretty well. Feeling stronger but work is wearing me out with trying to keep up to the pace. True test is this weekend. I'm on call... we shall see how this works. In the meantime, I'm still doing home physio and get to see the therapists next week.

Ok, so a little good news.... my employer just granted my request for religious exemption form the vax, for one year. Which means I now have all of 2022 to find another job. I had been scheduled for automatic termination on January 27th if they had not approved my exemption. :bananadance::dancingbacon::broccoli::jellydance::kona::locked::taco::woot:

    I did that once..... :anonymous:

We have this amazing local butcher shop. They actually have a real dry aging room for their meat. A couple years ago, for my wife's birthday, I got us 2 beautiful Ribeyes (her favorite), dry aged 40+ days. About $120 for the two steaks, they were about 1 1/2 pounds each.

Put them on the propane grill on the front deck, about medium heat. Set my timer on my phone to keep track. Went back in the house to work on the potatoes, salad, etc.. Went back outside after about 12 minutes to check the steaks, turn them over if ready...........
Opened the grill......... those beautiful 1 1/2" thick beauties were now nothing more than 1/2" thick, maybe 6 oz charred hockey pucks. Completely charred down to nothing in only 12 minutes. :crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm:

There was so much marbling in those steaks, and they had gotten so tender due to the dry aging, they just went up in flames in moments.

Sort of saved the day by going to her favorite local Chinese place to get a replacement dinner.

Very, very valuable and expen$ive lesson learned the hard way.

I once witnessed a Red Tail kill a squirrel in my back yard.
You should have heard the racket the other squirrels made.
