    I have done this on every KB I've had in the last 20+ years. I am not a touch typist, and I often hit the !@#$%^&* Caps Log key and never know it until I type a paragraph or something and hit <enter>. Then I look up... and find it's too late.

    On company systems, they lock down the Registry so I can't permanently disable the key. This is the only other solution I know of.
