Has anyone added aftermarket fender flares? I have a 21 OR and thinking about it after putting on 0 offset wheels a while 20211227_171516.jpg back. Factory mud flaps aren't wide enough.

I don't but I did go down a rabbit hole yesterday and saw some wide body fiber glass fenders for less than $500. Love the look but they come in white and I'm too lazy to paint them and don't feel like paying someone to do it. Where did you get your decals from?

I had RK Custom Wraps in Vine Grove KY do them. Hood, and all four fenders. This Pic has been on here before but I'll put it up again. The did a video of doing the hood on their Facebook page.

Was in the same boat here. Put on wider tires and wheels with a -12 offset. Made a mess of my truck. I wanted wider flares but with an "OEM" look. Wasnt a fan of bolt ons, or mud flaps.
Went with RDJ Trucks Streamline fender flares. Pushed out the flare just enough to cover the wheel. they have many finish options. I went with their color matched, which came in around $600. Much cheaper if you want to go straight black. It was worth the price in my opinion. Probably could have shopped around and saved a buck or two, but RDJ Trucks is solid. Shipped super fast as well. Good luck.

I had thought dark grey into silver also, which is 80s and early 90s correct too. I had a 1991 with similar stripes back then. I just liked the loud and proud old school graphics from 70s and up. My Era as I'm 63 now. It's my retirement truck and the wife and I are planning some road trips out west starting this spring. Wanting to hit some mild sight seeing trails on my bucket list.

Had I bought the gray Tacoma I test drove I would definitely rock that color scheme. But I want to keep my truck dark and mean looking lol

Not yet. Of course I had a chrome one on before and it still looks great. The black chrome shows the dirt and mud more but no damage to the exhaust tip.

Got the 3rd Brake Light today to put on the Softopper. Showed my Daughter the light and she said she could put Eyelets in for the stainless steel bolts that will hold it on. Eyelets crimped thru stainless steel washers & leather. She will cut me a thick leather backing like the light with matching holes so the Eyelets go thru the washers have a stronger place to clamp to also. That way the Top's Material is in between the leather and the LED Light. I bought a spare LED Brake Light incase it goes dead on me later, sure don't to make more holes or try to fine the same type to replace it years from now! Got me a smart kid!
