Not really trying to stir a hornets nest or point fingers.. Just figured it might be a good idea to shed some light for anyone behind me, that doesn't see the small note. If headstrong reads this forum, might be a good idea to put a decent sized paper in the box.

My rears have the exact same note as my front, Except it says WITH instead of WITHOUT.. Maybe ADS ran out of Nitrogen on my build haha.

    All the things!
We all should crack the hose fittings for the reservoir... we'll know very quickly if it's charged with nitrogen...

I just received front and rears in October and neither had a note one way or the other about nitrogen on them. Fronts are on and I have about 1k on them so far, rears will be going on this month.

Edit: I should mention I ordered straight from ADS

I’m hoping this is just the woes of a smaller company trying to get product out on reasonable timelines. Little quirks and inconsistencies are ok with me if well communicated. However, @HeadStrong Off-Road seemingly not knowing is a little alarming considering their volume of ADS sales.

Hell, my coil overs showed up built and labeled backwards. I thought it was weird but what are you gonna do?

Is headstorg still owned by the same people (Marie?) when the customer service was awesome? I heard the level of service and communication hasn’t been the same lately.

You know, I’m not sure. It’s been nearly a year since my last purchase through them. At that time service and communication was great. Can’t comment on whether anything has changed.

I dealt with a Nicole, great communication, seems like she was still learning the ropes.. She wasn't scared to say she didn't know and went and found the answers. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Well ain't that some shit. That explains a lot. When I bought mine the communication was horrible, and every time I had a question they'd have to find out the answer, which struck me as very odd
