Friend of mine in Fishtown (Philly) said someone on his street got carjacked last week. Car is a stick. Thief got into the car, stalled it out, grabbed the keys and ran.

    I love having a 6 speed!

On the news last night they said that there has been almost 100 car jackings this year already. On a high note one carjacker was shot.

Our drive at the house is gravel and steep. My bride's 4Runner & my Tacoma have no issues. We shovel at the bottom if company is coming. One space per expected car. Or,we park nose-to-tail to keep a space relatively free of snow if we know it's coming. Then move the car at the bottom for visitors.
    Ha!

thats the way to do it right there. I bought a snow edge for my FEL but usually laziness prevails and I just end up driving over the snow.

The new bridge crossing our property was reopened...and I was there to make the first runs over the bridge. I think they overkilled the guardrails - the speed limit is 25 MPH on the road...and weve never seen anyone slide into the stream in the 53 years we've owned the property. I had to coerce them to curve the one side of the guardrail so I could get into a small piece on the opposite side of the stream so I could get in to cut the grass. They still have to finish cleaning up - coming back on Tuesday but we're supposed to have a bunch of snow before then so they'll be back again. It's nice not to have to detour around to get home or out.

Our house is on the upper left in this picture. The white farmhouse is the original home on the property and we own it, as well - Lynn's mom lives there. Total acreage for us is 65 - small but out of the way and peaceful.

You could play pretend get some escort vehicles a few state police vehicles and go for it .

I have caught myself pulling into the Portables in Rest Areas ( that sudden panic ) or stopping on top of hills setting up to make a wide right turn in the pick up

The automatic vehicles I have came as donated parts vehicles.

I never learned to drive a Automatic just to pull into the shop from the parking area .

I learned with 3 on the tree!!

Where you around early eighties when the person had the big cats up near the southbound rest area on I 81 near Lenoxville?

Nothing like hearing one roar when your tired taking a leak and find yourself on the trailer deck .
