Phillips Steaks and Jim's Steaks on South Street.

Phillips is on Google as "SQ Phillips Steaks". It's my top choice in Philly, it's not really in a bad spot, but there used to be a nice bullet hole in the glass where you order. It was part of the atmosphere. I was told that's been replaced. Phillips is big slices of steak.

Jim's Steaks is on South St. The closest thing Philly has to a tourist spot I'd guess (South Street). They've got some good toppings, like cherry peppers. Google has it as "Jim's South St".

Bonus, get a slice from Lorenzo's. Especially if some of the crew is coming down from NY. They won't admit it's better, but they'll know.

Wrap a giant Lorenzo around a steak, and you have a South Philly Roll.

evening all! i froze my arse off in a tree today and saw 0 deer. hope you all had warmer and more productive days than me!

 

Heck, I saw 6 nice deer less than 100 foot from 140 this afternoon from my heated cab.

 

lol i know, more than half the times ive been out this year i've seen more while in the car/truck than in the woods, but oh well.

I think the 50 post rule is more for selling. I don't think it's applicable to trading or buying. I've seen people post on the hood swap thread with less than 50 posts. If you post prematurely, people will definitely call you out on it.
