I’ll be back in about 3-4 weeks and have one, I’d be willing to trade. Let me verify with the guy who bought my taco, he said he wanted to trade me previously. Pretty sure the taco and 4 runner prinsu’s are the same width

 

Anyone here sold a built truck? Unfortunately it's looking like I'll need to sell my truck soon. I'm trying to determine if I should remove as many mods as possible or try to sell it as is. It has pretty much everything except bumpers and a winch. There's alot of interior and electrical mods that would be hard to remove.

 

100% remove and sell any mods you can... you'll get zero return on mods, if sold with the truck.

Im guessing parting out would be your best bet. What’s your timeline? Mage list the truck for 2-3 weeks to see if you get any bites, then start the part out. If you don’t have oem parts, can always do trade + cash.

That's what I was afraid of. I know I won't get back anywhere near what I paid for them but I was hoping selling it built up would get me enough extra cash to make it worth not parting out.

They are a bitch to remove but that's definitely something I'd remove and sell if I went that route.

No exact timeline really. I'm planning on selling it because I already have a built FJ and having two vehicles geared for offroading doesn't make sense anymore with an 8 month old baby and a second baby coming this year or next. I'm looking at getting a midsize suv that would be better for city driving and better gas mileage.

The tent won't be going anywhere! It works great on the FJ
