Again look at what an 8tpi blade is designed to cut. The ol club will be gone in a small cloud of steel dust

I kept one in my car because that was easier to explain to police than carrying a baseball bad for protecrion when I was younger.

Haha...yeah, they are definitely "multi purpose." Same as the 4 cell Mag Light that fits next to my seat. :D

Just replaced all the locks of my newly purchased house with electronic fingerprint deadbolts too. Keys never come out of my pocket or my wife's purse.

That’s a fact, but security isn’t about making something “un-stealable” it’s about making it more difficult than the next truck on the block would be. The people carrying around a sawzall are after your CAT, whereas the people stealing whole vehicles are carrying around signal repeater things or other sketchy electronics. One example is my locking gas cap- a rake pick will pop it open in seconds, but a crackhead dumping something in there won’t bother now, they will do it to another easier target vehicle in the lot.

I've replaced the battery in my fob twice now. I end up having to take my keys out of my pocket and hold the fob inches from the start button or I get a key not found error. Makes the push to start pretty damn useless IMHO. If I leave the keys in my backpack in the back seat truck starts every time.
    DaFuQ? :annoyed:

This is really all you can do for any kind of scenario. Home, car, safes, etc. The right people with the right tools can get into anything. All you can do is make it more difficult for them. If its going to take them too long or if they have to make too much noise theyll either move on or if they do stick with it, theyll hopefully attract attention.

Exactly. I’m going to park right beside the Tacoma not using a club or similar because guess what, they’re going after that truck before mine.

No they aren’t 100% secure. But it’s like that story of 2 guys walking in the woods and they happen upon a grizzly. The first guy takes off running and the second guy yells “you can’t outrun a grizzly!” To which the guy replies “I’m not trying to outrun the bear”

I just have to make my truck tougher to steal than yours.
