Drove up to Popcorn Creek today with my buddy who has a 4R Pro. It was really coming down around Clayton by the time we left. The main roads and 85/985/23 coming to and from Atl were surprisingly good.

As far as the trail goes, I definitely would have been more comfortable with sliders or a lift on my stock OR. That’s a fun little trail around the more popular Charlie’s creek

Popcorn is a fun little jaunt. Did you happen to hit up Charlie’s while you were out there? Been trying to gather info on how tame it is since the recent grading.

We didn’t make it to Charlie’s Creek unfortunately. That was the plan but we got up there later than we wanted plus we let the dogs out on popcorn when we could. There’s one drop on Popcorn that is pretty hairy right now and if we were coming the other way idk if either of us could have gone up it

    I work EMS in Franklin...

It was nasty at 8am on 441 by Walmart. Otto wasn't to bad past the Fire Dept heading south. Until I hit Hollywood and it all went to shit. Big chunks of ice falling from the sky, trees down etc.

House lost power at 8:25 this morning... Still no power. Made little man chicken nuggets on a camp stove haha.

Rain. Snow melted, west of Douglasville.
Inlaws lost power in KY. Transformer had 2 inches of ice, and finally blew.
They had ice most of the day, snowing hard now.

Cashiers got @ 8-10” sat night-sun am. Then sleet, then @ 2-3” snow. The ice climbing was not that great but still good to get out

We ended up getting about 2-3" at the house. I have 4 snowmen in my front yard. Well, 3 in the yard and one in the bed of the truck. The roads stayed in pretty good shape around here. Ideal snow conditions if you ask me. Roads perfectly clear with enough snow everywhere else that you can have some fun. Didn't make it up to any trails. 3 kids and 2 adults in a Tacoma is a tight squeeze and I can't handle the fighting for anything more than a short trip. We were having enough fun at home!

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Where’s mine!? It’s getting deep out here!
