I've nothing to offer, just curious. Are you wanting to viper cut because of current rubbing? Or just in preparation for going bigger?

I live in Mass they salt the shit out of everything :washing: - I shove my lawn sprinkler under the truck after I get it washed. Also had the frame rust recall done and they pressure wash it before application.

After the camper shell was installed yesterday, I added the Prinsu rack to it this morning. Oh, and I fixed their shitty wiring install, because they wired the center stop lamp to the left turn signal post… Morons.

Looks kinda cool flat black. Light won't reflect into the cab as bad if you install lights on the rack...

With all due respect, if you knew what you were looking at, you'd see they're a diy version and not a commercially available product.

    Silly things...
I installed some Christmas gifts today. Tuffskins color match interior trim pieces to break up the black-on-black-on-black-on-black-on-black-on-black-on-black interior.

Also, put on the ScreenProtech clear screen protectors for the Nav and Instrument cluster. A word if I may...

I don't really like the shitty OEM instrument cluster screen. Who does? It's swept down instead of up so, it's a catch-all/shelf for dirt and shit. Impossible to clean without scratching. In 2 years I've cleaned it twice to avoid scratching it. Failed. :anonymous:Bought the screen protectors. Fucking garbage!!! Got the kit with "extras" for when you fuck up, just in case. Well, the Nav screen protector is flat and easy to get to. Worked and worked, and still got bubbles in it. Looks like ass. I'll likely have to replace it. Went to the instrument cluster and it was, well, a clusterfuck. Working around the steering wheel with my giant-ass hands is bitch! I threw the first one in the parking lot (i picked it up) because I got so fucking mad! Went and got the wife (she has patience) and she worked and worked on the 2nd one, and still got bubbles in it. I only left it on because it's better than shitty OEM plastic.

I hate screen protectors. Truly. I hate them on my phone, too. They are at best, a compromise. I'm NOT saying ScreenProtech makes a bad product, they don't. I'm just saying the concept sucks. It is only, only, only slightly better than scratching my OEM plastic. I had to go inside and drink something afterwards. :frusty:

Did I say "fuck" enough? Did I? :rant:Hmmmmm.....

Oh, I also washed it, cleaned the interior and vacuumed it for the very first time in 2 years!

i like the look and for preparation for bigger tires down the road. Just don’t want to make the move if it looks stupid with smaller tires. I mocked it up a little bit ago. Don’t think it will look that bad.

Just trying to help - if you have any screen protechs left to try - I watched this video first made it pretty easy to install.

That is the exact video I watched before we even unpacked the damn things. Nice of you to offer the help, though. I have an extra Nav screen protector and it is the shittiest looking of them but easiest to replace. I'm going to have to, it looks REAL shitty. You know, they look nice until you open the sunroof and drive to the car wash. :frusty: I'm mostly annoyed because our 10 year old Subaru instrument cluster (swept upwardly) looks brand...fucking...new. And, I've never, never, never cleaned it. You can't see any dirt on it because they put it in at the correct angle; there's never any glare on it. I like my Tacoma but, Subaru...best car EVER!

Subaru? Are you out there? Will you please build an off-road truck? Pretty please? With sugar on top? I mean really, you already work with Toyota anyway? :notsure:
