yeah how easy does this plasty dip peel off? like and i gonna be losing peices of it on trails or pressure washing? or is it a tooth and nail fight getting the shit off? what do you do to get it off?

^It just peels off with little effort which is also a bad thing I don't see plasti-dip holding up very well to road abuse. I suppose if you don't off-road, rock climb, and stick to clean paved highways you might be O.K. but I can't see any plasti-dip product on a wheel lasting more than 6 months without a recoat. I have it on my bumper and any hard knick of a tool or pressure will compromise it. Then again Plast-dip is fairly new to automotive use so there are just not enough actual tests out to know otherwise.

I'm going on about 4 months of plasti-dip. Wheels pictured, emblems are on sig.

I like it because when your truck is in the shop and they tear up the paint around the lug nuts with the impact, I just hit it with a couple shots of plasti dip and its good as new.

I scrub my wheels with the brush at the carwash, I blast both wheels and emblems with power washer, and I take my truck out in pastures with tall grass.

Honestly I wouldn't spray paint wheels. Either do something easy to maintain like plasti dip or do it right and powder coat.

^You can get it at any hardware store. Wheel prep is simple. Clean and dry the wheels, then scour them with a Scotch-brite pad. Clean and dry again, then spray (3) coats. No sanding required.

    What he said^

Except maybe the scouring them if its going to hurt the surface, unless you are confident that's going to be a permanent solution.
