We have about 3 or 4 inches now. Sleet mixed with snow. Fluffy type snow. Just plowed so it's not to bad in the morning. Just in time for the steelers game.

Stabil Marine has always treated (heh, pun intended) me well on ethanol stuff. Ethanol free I usually just use their storage stuff. Being in a rural area ethanol free is readily available here. There's even a place not even a mile from work that has it in Maryland.

Just measured 5" of snow out in the yard. Most of it is supposed to come overnight so I'm thinking we're getting more than they're forecasting by the end of this storm. If you're in or around Pittsburgh we're getting a break between 10pm and 11pm. I'll be out clearing off the carport and truck so it's not as bad in the morning hopefully. I'll bring the snowblower out tomorrow to tackle my driveway and both of my elderly neighbor's driveways.

Cabin. Morning breakfast. A few chores after breakfast and then home to beat "the storm".
Brisk night but we were quite cozy.

We have about 5 inches or so too. They said most of it will be overnight. I have everything cleared, for now.

I never understood the point of ethanol besides enriching corn farmers; It results in worse MPG and ultimately destroys fuel pumps!

Morning everyone. Been up for an hour now. Well I'm glad I woke up and looked outside. During the break in the snow last night at 10pm I went out to clear 5" of snow off the truck and portable carport. It changed over to a wintry mix which coated everything with a good two inches of sleet/snow mix that got covered with another 4" of icy snow. If you don't have to go out, stay home. It looks like snow but it has a ton of ice and sleet mixed in it.

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

It looks like we've had about 3" of snow so far. It's 31F and slowly rising with a pretty stiff and constant wind. Hopefully, it will remain all snow.

    Stay safe...and warm.

He is/was quite the QB! A bad way to end his career though. The NFL added 2 teams to the playoffs and both those teams (PITT & PHL)were an embarrassment in their respective playoff games…
    Kudos NFL

Good morning. Ben was a very good quarterback and it is the end of an era. I went out my side door and took a measurement. We have about 8 inches, with no ice pack. Of course it is still snowing and according to the weatherman, that will be until early afternoon. I shoveled up until about 9 p.m. last night so I have some work to do. o_O

Beautiful dog. I have had 3 huskies in my lifetime and 2 since my wife and I have lived where we do now. The last one, Lexi, was majestic. She never wanted to be inside. She also wanted to be out in the elements and really loved the snow.

I got the deck shoveled. Now to get the sidewalks and a few other spots. I might do a path for the grandson in the driveway, since it looks like this snow may not be melting any time soon.
