I think you got a lot of locals folks here in TW looking for mods right now and don’t think you’ll have a problem selling stuff, pending pricing of course (because we all love deals).

Alright here is the list. It's not really in any specific order, other than roughly the order I purchased the mods. No dibs or anything like that because there is no way I can keep track of that and I'm not working off a specific timeframe. There are probably a few other items I forgot and I'd also need to trade for stock parts if I sold some of these items.

I really don't want to sell the truck or part it out, but sadly I think it's the best thing to do. I'll decide for sure this weekend after I go look at a potential replacement. I feel like I'm cheating on Toyota but I'm going to go look at a Volvo XC90. The Rav4 is way too small, the 4Runner is basically the same as the Taco, the Highlander is ugly and the Sequoia is way too big and outdated.

Im interested in the TRD intake, oil and radiator cap. Can swap oem parts + cash. Maybe even exhaust too if it’s the one with the black tip.

Sure, but he posted his parts. If it were me, its easy to track who wants what in what order to determine if it’s worth the effort and money to part it out.

TW smells blood for part outs and feeler threads, then some will low ball you to death

Right. He will quickly learn that it is worth the effort to pre-sell then part out.

I'll post prices if I decide to part out. I need to research fair pricing for all this stuff and I don't have the time at the moment.

I think the interest in the bigger ticket items alone makes it worth it to part out. The main issue at this point is making sure I know what my next vehicle will be before I start stripping the mods. I never thought I'd be considering a Volvo or similar vehicles but having kids changed my perspective on things. If I test drive it on Saturday and it's not the vehicle for me, I'll have to delay parting out the Taco until I find a vehicle I really want.

Oh yeah and I'll have no problem rejecting lowballers. Anything I sell will be fairly priced.

We have a 2018 Highlander. I know you said they're ugly but boy are they nice for kid duty!

Agreed. Might as well start posting some prices since the items are listed. @stiles88 already tickled some peoples fancy.

I'm guessing that's your significant other's primary vehicle :anonymous: I want to like the Highlander because it's much more affordable than what I'm considering but it's just not for me.

If that is the case, yes part everything out that is easy to take off. If you still have the OEM part for those mods removed, I suggest reselling the aftermarket mods to TW/market place/offer up.

I recently traded in my 2017 TRDOR with OME BP51, total chaos UCA, 4.88s, dakkar, prinsu rack, SCS wheels etc and they just gave me top KBB book value. I took off everything that was easy to take off. I didn’t want to deal with finding OEM suspension or wheels. My mistake was going to the dealer beforehand with the prinsu rack on, I probably could have taken it off but they already saw it and said it needed to be left on. That cost me an extra $500-600 that I could have recouped if they hadn’t seen it.

I didn’t read through all the prior posts above, but like everyone is saying, Tacoma parts are pretty easy to resell especially in the PNW. Just price it fair and accordingly.

I REALLY like the styling of modern Volvo's and I've heard nothing but good things about them. That may be a vehicle in my future, if the wife ever asks for an SUV. Fortunately, she still likes our 2008 IS350 with over 206k on the clock.

And to add, IMO dealers don’t really give a shit or know the difference between a “good” lift set up or “good” brand of wheels versus a crap set up. Just look at NW motorsports.
