    Excellent point. The times that I have seen folks making pie, it is not easy. If you like the movie Chef? The Chef Show has a pie episode.


    I ate most of three pies over Christmas and New Years. That was easy. Very easy. But, I am still topped up on pie.

    I was just trying to help. The D3 served me well for 10 years now with a few Fram's thrown in. Didn't know they switched to cartridges. Last I know, Napa is Wix. Don't hold to me to that, though! LOL! :)

    Sears was once the number one selling department store….

    Fram is cheap and available. The bottom level ones generally rate low when tested. The higher end ones are good.

    as many have quoted, Wix, NAPA Gold and others are generally at the top. I believe Wox makes NAPA Gold, but my info is dated. I don’t stay current.

    Stock wheels and suspension. Random "utilitarian" mods featured on this great forum.
    I was shocked as shit to see these after hearing someone else mention Walmart carries these on the shelf. Still cheaper to go through Sleemazon as long as you make the effort to buy from a dealership that sells them. Can get my Hyundai bluie in a pinch too.

    OEM filters for our truck are sitting on the shelf at pretty much every Wal-Mart on the planet for $7 bones; what's not to love! Last time I was there I picked up several as my wife's Camry uses the same filter size. The way I feel about filters; just make sure you have one and change it when you are supposed to. Beyond that I really don't need to apply that much thought to it.

    I usually buy filters online, but if you need on in an emergency, it is a nice resource.

    Oil change interval is 10k for normal driving, 5k miles for extreme driving.

    Here is the catch: told to me by a buddy who used to sell cars, "extreme driving" includes short trips, stop and go traffic, idling. So the only drivers who are in the normal category are the ones who only drive long trips on the highway.

    You're really on this canister struggle bus, huh? You do realize that this is no other choice other than expensive mods that will never pay for themselves. I.E. relocate, Baxter adapter, etc.
