I know your buying a new house, but I cant wait to hear about everything your wife wants to change.

 

Nice. I haven't washed mine since summer, starting to show. Supposed to get a weather break on Wednesday, I need to give it some love. I haven't even FF it yet this season.

 

I'll make sure to tag you during my endeavors.

I do know she wants to add some shelving which I too want, in the garage.

There's this recessed area that'll work really well for it -



As for changes, fortunately nothing major (so far). Just a backsplash for the kitchen.

The backsplash they got though was one of the few options offered and we thought it was ugly as hell so we opted to not get one with them. So I'll have that to do.

 

Since I went and looked at a JL for a friend I've been havin' bad thoughts. Thoughts I never considered having...about adding one to the driveway.

As always Trail-Gear never fails to dissapoint. They couldn't be bothered to weld their joints straight into the saddles, you know a fixture and a monkey could do it but no.... So here is V3, this time with a delightful shim I made out of a razorblade.

How's the weather been out there?

Danny keeps getting hit with snow.

 

That spot in the garage would also be great for a spare fridge or deep freezer. I havent done tile work yet, but I will be doing that as part of my kitchen remodel. I was planning on starting after I get my tax refund, but I may delay it and opt to get the crawlspace encapsulated/insulated with that money instead. Being down there so much lately has made me realize that needs to be done and the sooner the better. Moisture damage is not something to delay fixing/preventing.

 

NC got it, we got skipped in eastern VA, but now it looks like there's a shot between Thursday and Saturday. But man they've been treating bridges here this year like crazy. My truck looked like it went through baby powder the other day. City has been overreacting.

 

It's a great spot for one, but she insists on this really nice fridge she's been eyeballing for the kitchen so no 2nd fridge or freezer.

Plus I'd hate to have anything food-wise in a garage that'll be used for welding and wrenching in.

I miss snow, but then I forget about people like you guys that live in it and have to endure all the cons that come with it.

It's not that bad if you come to a snow climate where they don't use salt

Really that was an easy situation to get out of, but damn all the fuckery around him.

That's what is annoying, we're on the coast, it really never snow but they insist on laying that stuff down when it gets even close to 30 haha.
(I miss proximity to desert)
