You feeling good about the progress so far?

I've been getting thoughts to mess with my rear suspension setup when I pull the axle out but I think I'd be dooming myself

 

Used GXs here are a dime a dozen; go LX and you're talking $$$

 

Lol and if I ever got those angry front light covers any one of you has permission to shoot me.
For real though the little 2 door seems fun and capable for a decent price to run alongside the Tacoma and I could throw surfboards up top and head onto the beaches here and on short trips. Prob do an auto so friends/fam could drive it. Not sure on engine though.

I guess some people are just angry and want to show it. I see it more on female-owned Jeeps around here than with men drivers.

 

They're both $$. I have friend who just said fuckit and got a new LX for longterm use instead of dealing with the used craziness. I mean I like em, but not at the current prices versus what you can get in other makes.

 

Are those Orbit Eyes? I’ve heard of them but I don’t know much about them.

If I'm going to be a stay at home, at least for the first 4-5 years, I figured I'd go to school and use up some benefits before they disappear.

Who wouldn't want to get paid while going to school to learn something useful?

Wait, last I was in you were in welding school/class (?)...did you switch to culinary or just doing that too? In that case, hell yes, kudos.

 

I remember using Cape Cod polishing cloths when I had that look going about 10 years ago for polished aluminum. I get into way too much mud nowadays to do that again.

 

Same basic idea yeah. Orbit eyes are Alcans version and they go in the leaf side. These are trail gear creeper joints and they just go on the frame side. I'm eager to see how they perform.
