I had a vet try to tell me a dog doesn’t see that way but that’s bull we had one that would growl at herself in the mirror.

I think I missed something - its usually at least an inch taller than the dish. It mostly fit inside this time

Pretty sure the pound of italian sausage and 5 cups of various cheeses make it not healthy. I do put spinach in there to counteract the unhealthy stuff a little bit though. All about balance!

so my truck is a year old this weekend.

Last year on MLK weekend we had our biggest snow of the year, and I took the truck out to our Home Depot parking lot around 1am to test out the 4 wheel drive. I think it had 22 miles on it that evening. I had never had a true 4x4, so what better time than a 6-8" snowfall to try it out!!!

maybe its one of those "better the next day" recipes? experimenting with cooking is like that - trying out new gluten free recipes is about 50/50 for success for me.
my dinner turned out great. still puzzled how it fit in the pan this time though

oh, stop it. you wouldn't even know its in there once its cooked up. veggies are good for you!

that's an awesome vacation idea. i dont usually go to civilized places but if i did that would be a cool way to spend some time.
most of what i do are family recipes - mom made me a recipe box with all of my favorites typed out (on an actual typewriter) when i moved out of their house years ago. newer stuff that i try is either stuff i've found on pinterest or me trying to copy stuff that i've had in restaurants.
