Backstory: truck was stolen and when recovered some computer had to be replaced as it was taken. I’ve been going back and forth with my Toyota dealer where the repairs were done on this issue.

When trying to use the remote start I get this error in the app
    73D4116D-BF66-4E91-928D-4ED04C4EFED4.jpg
    doesn’t start from FOB either.
Subscription is paid. Truck was removed and added to the app again. Door locking works.

Anyone have any ideas ? Because they don’t seem to.

Yes. Happened to me not too long ago. I figured the system was down but first world problems I just went to the truck and turned it on, bing bang boom. Next day was working.

Did insurance pay a claim to the dealer?

Ask the dealer to actually fix this issue or report the lack of fix to your insurance company. They need to make it right. They were paid to do so.

Y’a it’s still ongoing. They are working to try and fix it but I really get the impression that they aren’t trained on how to troubleshoot an app related issue.

Well damn.. You know when I first got my truck and was with the tech guy connecting my phone to the truck and whatnot, I fvcked up my email sign on and the tech guy pushed the SOS button to speak with someone to reset ke delete the previous login. I wonder if you push that, maybe the person will help…?
