Good Morning SA! Heart Doctor check in and Audiologist (with specialty in old people) today. Austin & New Braunfels. Chance to give LBR some more break-in, but it seems I can't miss windy days!

SSO has been a huge help and will continue to help me with a lot of the business side of things. Very grateful for that, but it ill be me going it alone as far as jobs go starting off.

 

Just curious why New Braunfels area? Bit expensive in commercial estate/leases.

 

I am looking at 2 places very similar in size and space with built in office front and all of the electrical capabilities I need. One of them is near Schertz and the other is right on the outside (North) of New Braunfels. I am from New Braunfels and am moving back there so these locations only make sense because I know starting out, I'm basically going to be living at the shop and would like it close to the house as possible.

 

We know an asshole on here that is getting ready to sale a house on 5 acres, 5 car garage, 40x60shop with car lift with 20x40 carport, in neighborhood, 30min SE of Schertz, just can't advertise its a business, PM me number if you want to talk.

 

Monday Morning till 12, Friday afternoon from 12 till 5, Saturday evening after 5
