Morning SA! 3 miles in the books. My knees hate me right now…

 

yep it always takes time to get those things done.

Not sure if you plan on leaving SA early to beat the weather starting tomorrow....

I still plan on heading back to home today, I have good amount of work before I hit the road, I'll text or PM if once I figure out if I can or can't make it to meet ya somewhere..

 

Keep at it, you better not cost us tax payers a DA5500 form.


After a couple ankle surgeries, I can no longer run, except if I run out of ammo...then I have the potential to be Usain Bolt for about 200 meters. But seriously not as fun, but much better on your lower joints, use the elliptical and a couple weeks prior testing, start running again.

 

That is the plan. I still do pretty well. If I try I can still run 4 miles in 32 min or better. The cold is just that, cold. Can’t let it define my workout. Last year neighbors were looking at me like I was crazy when I ran during the snow storm

Good Morning SA! Haircut trip today, yesterday's health appointments went well, even if only the last little bit had a real tailwind. Truck feels good, nice and quiet. Cover up some plants, get some faucets dripping and try to fix a light when I get home to get ready for tomorrow.

 

It's saying there is going to be 36 degree drop in the highs from today to tomorrow. Winds are definitely going to pick up again.

Na I don't believe it. Just like all the times they say its gunna rain and never does.
It may get cold.. But icy roads I don't buy it.
