I never noticed those screws before when turning the wheel - there is one on each side of the wheel and you have to do one side, turn the wheel and then the other.

I got a shipping notification from Ktjo but I didn't order anything. I assume she is just sending out the harness to all that have ordered the HUD without even checking if it's needed? Weird business decision, man. I'll take it though.

Any time I am having a bad day I come here for a good chuckle. No matter how bad a job I think I'm doing at work it's nothing compared to KTJO!

Uh... is that HUD blocking more than half of the tweeter speaker? That seems less than ideal.

These parts (in the red box) showed up today. Of course there are no instructions as to what I am connecting the add-a-fuse and the two white connections to.

The connector is the same as the original harness with the OBD2 connector so I assume all of the new stuff replaces it.

Anyone ever purchase a one of ktjo drivers handle that is on clearance? most of the negative reviews i see from it are the attachment clip. I am not sure why no one just uses a rivnut, that would solve the issue. Just curious the condition of the clearance handle and if anyone picked one up, a few scratches would does not bother me for 70 bucks off.

It is not just that. About 50% of folks need to bend the clips for an appropriate installation, if you don't want to fight it and have bad gaps.

Mine went on pretty straight forward but now I’m scared to take it off to install other stuff, like MESO puddle pods, because I don’t want to fight it and end up with gaps.

If it went on easy then you have no worries.

Folks like me that fought the PoS for an hour are what I am talking about. After I very begrudgingly bent the clips (massive fail on KTJO 4x4 's :puke: part), it installs like the OEM one does.
