It's set for motion control. I'm actually surprised it took a shot.

Does anyone use the TrimmerPlus components that are a universal attachment line that connects to powerheads by Troy-Bilt, Remington, Yard Machines, Craftsman, Bolens, Hyper Tough, Snapper and Cub Cadet?

I am looking for advice on some additional attachments for my Troy-Bilt powerhead and want to know if anyone has experience with the cultivators, and hedge trimmers, Thanks!

I have a pole saw attachment, although it feels quite flimsy it works all right for the intended light duty occasional use.

You are working with very limited power so there isn't any ability to rush the job, I just let the tool set the pace.

After I got the new loader valve plumbed in and some small stuff fixed with a new accessory belt and exhaust gaskets, the GT500 rewarded me with blowing the loader packing (that admittedly had been leaking for months) and leaking profusely under pressure. Good news is that the ram came apart super easy and I should be able to get new seals from the hydro store locally. Also love the new loader valve, no more weirdness from the controls that makes me look like a drunk at the wheel.

Paddle wheel works great if you have a gravel driveway. In the spring you just basically sweep the gravel out of the yard, way better then any rake.

Bought this saw new about 12 years ago. Had carb trouble with it once, cleaned it and it’s been running fine. Until Saturday. It will start but die. Won’t take any throttle. $20 Chinese carb it’s a getting.

Trailers. I have a friend who works at the family trailer business. It’s a big company. Talked to him the other day and he said they have a 500 trailer backlog to build and are 10 months out.

They can’t find welders, he said he just needs somebody who can lay beads. They have 4 assembly lines and can only run two because lack of help.

Probably due to a good part of the country being sick. Despite all precautions followed over my Sat-Mon Covid rotation(I am extremely detailed and careful) I developed symptoms and tested Covid positive yesterday. Wife as well.

A good 30% of our staff is out sick. I'm sure his business is suffering from this outbreak as well.

Thanks man. So far it's like a cold for us both. Sore throat being my main gripe. Don't want to derail too much but it is a reason production and business in the US is down right now.

Got this Chinese carb on, the idle was more like a half throttle. The throttle rod was hitting the carb, took a dremel to it then bent it a tad and it runs perfect now.

Good to hear it worked. I've heard those carbs are about 70/30 in favor of not working.

I've been lucky with them, have 1 that's not right on a four wheeler and I've bought about 7-10.

One thing I've noticed is that most mechanical things need a little tweak that most people are unable to provide. If it doesn't fall on there and start right up it's considered junkto them

True in 2022. Lots of people now have grown up with throw away equipment.

Sort of an odd corollary - back in the day we really knew how to ruin stuff. When it was dead, it was D-E-D dead.

We wore equipment out even with good care -- modern people neglect it to death. :smack:
