    Gonna call the ranger district cause it says its closed. Its a bit confusing though. West camino cielo closed. East camino cielo is open. 5n12(west camino cielo is open)
    And I dont want to drive 70 miles for a closed gate…

    Idk but per forest service website updated on 1/14/2022 its closed and the guy i spoke to said the same.
    70 miles is just a long drive to fine out it’s closed

    Not sure what to tell you. Gate was open on MLK day, just past the gun club. Several trucks and motos out there. Gate also open on the Refugio side. I suspect the ranger has bad info for whatever reason.

    2021 was a big year for upgrades for me. Finally was able to get suspension kudos to caliraised and got new wheels and tires thanks to @tonyly! Today was the first day I got to hit a trail with my new “boots” and I gotta say I am loving it. @TacoTues4x4 and I hit Rowher Flats near Santa Clarita.

    It is pretty awesome I have gone a couple of times. They have some tougher trails if you want to challenge yourself and they also have a lot if beginner trails that you can practice on. Also being in the Santa Clarita area the weather is very nice.
