You should hear that one delivered by one of these real southern ladies It’s delivered with such grace the receiver doesn’t have a clue they were just called stupid.

 

After the drop off I may or may not end up in a fly shop.

Good morning all! Sunny and 8* here in southeast Michigan. Can't wait for this work day to end. Going to be very cold out on the trails tomorrow with my grandsons. My son hooked me up with a flag and mount to hit the off-road park in the morning. Reject Run here we come!

Luckily it’s gone above freezing at my house and the rain that is still falling is no longer freezing on the ground. The north end of the county is still having issues but that is a sparsely populated area.

You're definitely not alone, in my state there are 2 counties that border DC that are *this* close to another full lockdown. This state is at 97% ICU bed capacity yet people run around as if nothing is wrong. I will never figure out how some peoples "logic" works.

It's a chilly one, flirting with single digits at 13° right now. I forgot to set a 6am alarm to feed the woodstove ( figured I'd be up, didn't happen...) so when I realized that I was chilly at 7am, the house had dropped from 72° to 62° in just 3 hours. I have the fire machine cranking out the BTU's but it's going to take hours before the thermal mass comes back up to temp.
I'm ready to be on a beach in Jamaica, drinking some rum and letting the sun bake my skin...

 

If you suspect she is calling you stupid, then she needs more practice in the Southern usage.
