All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Gonna post up some stuff I am selling soon. I will give y’all a heads up.

    This sweet bro. Nice

When you mount it, give it a slight take so that it will drain completely.

One of the best things I did was learn to make one, gave me the confidence going forward for anything on the truck.

Looking for front bumpers for my 2nd gen has really made me regret just not getting a new truck. I really like the hybrids but there all west coast expensive or 3rd gen.

How ugly is the truck with no front bumper, may just build my own.

Exactly what I want, I have a plasma table and a friend thats really good at RZR cages. Just don't wana pull my daily apart to do all the cardboard work right now. True North fab has a DIY kit hybrid for 3rd gens but not a 2nd gen.

I built this last year to clean up the same concern and add my rear setup--the second breaker controls the second fuse block in the bed that has lights and tie in with solar. I bought the mounting plate from @Toyotico and redrilled it, and then all the other parts either off eBay, at West Marine, or at General Hardware in Chamblee... they have higher end connectors and they usually have nice flexible heavy gauge welding cable in stock... I've been toying with going to an SPod or SwitchPros... maybe we can work something out?

The core of doing an aux fuse block is actually really easy. I put one on my F150 for lights and such using a Blue Sea box and 4AWG to connect to the battery/ground. As long as you get a block that has built in busbars, it’s really easy. You can of course make it as complex as you want it though with all the mounting options, routings, etc.

I went with the low profile SSO bumper. They are based out of Louisiana. It was over 700 and it's only function really is to hold a winch. Not a lot of protection and no improvement of approach and departure angles. I do love the look of a full bumper replacement and the protection that comes with them. I was afraid of a huge mpg hit. And I knew if I went with a full bumper I'd want to do bigger tires. Which would hurt gas more.

How hard is it to get to the whinch controls with that bumper? Ive basically gave up on gas mileage at this point.

I have the one with no cutouts, I just reach down behind the grille. If I ever get a lift, my relative short arms might become an issue.

Oh and material cost was a big reason I stopped a project I was trying to do. I was going to do a pop up camper for my truck and it got pricy quick. Sometimes it may end up costing more to diy things. Especially if you want it to look good and function properly. You may end up having to scrap and start over because of fit and finish. But you may be more talented than me and can tackle the bumper yourself. Haha
