The Long Bed Short Bed discussion is funny cause to me a long bed is 8ft, short bed is 6ft now anything shorter the 6 ft is close to not being a truck! It is more of a trunk with out a Deck Lid? Sure I will hear it now! Driving in snow during the winter you get used to it. In over 37 years one ticket for 10 MPH over the speed limit on the Freeway 12:00 Midnight by myself caught on Radar! Not that I don't break the Law I just got a good feeling when to obey it driving!! Wrecks many when younger but at least 40 years since the last one. I was playing in the snow with my new Snow Pusher behind the house today. Needed to see how it works and no new snow on the way for a few days? Got it last night to late to play.

At least it's not a Gladiator? 6 inches longer, same length bed, and it looks like stretch Wrangler with a mullet.

Gladiator is by far the ugliest truck on the market right now. I would rather drive a ford festiva than a gladiator... I would rather walk than drive a gladiator

Agreed. Just wait until the Cybertruck stops being vaporware.

I would drive a cybertruck over a gladiator still.

On a related topic, my mom just got news that her new jeep wrangler is almost shipped. She got the pink one and its glorious. She drives the jeep because its easy to tow behind a motorhome and she can drive it on the beach across the street from her house in FL, and she can take it offroad at her house in AZ.

Agreed, but there's already a name for that. It was called the Comanche. And it was a pretty damn decent smaller pickup. When Jeep announced they were making a truck version of the Wrangler I was hoping they'd make a new Comanche. Instead they made... that.

Two door or four door? IMO the two door is the more Jeep'y Jeep.

    Oh look, another mod....
Funny you mention that. Years ago I was talking to a guy who went to jail for a handful of DUI's. He told me (this was before all the LKA/BSM stuff was standard) "I bought a $70k SUV with all the bells and whistles, mainly LKA/BSM, and it would even keep me in my own lane. No more swerving while driving drunk!"

Ironically, he was in a one-car wreck when he backed into someone in a parking lot. He was drunk at the time and thus the reason he went to jail. See? All that advanced tech couldn't stop him from being stupid.

/le sigh. That's what the back tires are for. Climb up the back and jump in. That's half the fun!

It's why I traded my full-size for a DCSB to fit in the garage. If I wanted a full-size bed I would get a full size truck that is a lot nicer than the Tacoma, more capability hauling and towing etc etc
