I don't think you'll need to worry about the HOA.

Well its 28 degrees out, 3" of snow on the ground, I probably have the 'rona, but shit still needs done. Dryer vent done other than insulating it. Also got the washer drain plumbed in. Was pretty gross to open up the main drain. It was clear this place had iron piping at one time, lots of rusty metal bits to scoop out.

That is nice. Zane pointed out Campteq a few days ago. I remember there was a guy with us in Silverton that had one. I thought it was really COOL.

Buy a power rodder/snake if you don't have one already. That has paid for its self so many times over my course of home ownership.

Not sure who all the history buffs are here, but the wife and I love exploring museums and whatnot.

At the risk of missing tagging someone, I won't tag anyone

Ive got connections in that industry thankfully. And the plumbing in my house is stupid simple if I need to take stuff apart to clean it out.

That is something I would buy if I wasnt on a crawlspace and couldnt get to everything though.

You are officially a member of the dumbest yet most arrogant group of car enthusiasts out there. Landcruiser owners.

Not all deserve that stereotype but most do.

Yeah, I've seen that with many of the threads @CS_AR has linked or those Zane has mentioned from time to time.

Me, I just wanted more room and solid axle

I just found a problem from last year with my Trane HVAC high-efficiency unit. I wondered why it's still working in low temps. I go upstairs into the attic and the dumbass that worked on the heater unit last year didn't seal up one of the PVC drain pipes. So the water ran down the mounting platform and into a foot pan that I just happened to shove in between two ceiling joists. The pas was about an inch from overflowing. Damn, I was lucky.

So I took the MitiVac fluid evacuator that I use for automotive fluids and pulled the water out of it.

So the last HVAC company fucked up resolving the power surge problem that I changed companies and paid for the protection program. The new company is even worse, I couldn't get them to do an inspection.

I need to sign up with a company that I used years ago that is still in business and seems to be responsible. Meanwhile, I'll get some PVC cement and seal the pipe as soon as it warms up.

It sometimes sucks to live in a town where there is a lot of new construction going on.

Service companies don't care about doing anything but new installations and to hell with everybody else.

My favorite are the idiots "baselining" thier cruisers on mud.

My old regional forum on mud was full of idiots looking for landcruiser specific mechanics. It's called you dumbass!!

I provide some tech help and support to other owners if I've dealt with an issue before on either platform. I try to help one FB group and Mud it doesn't look like I'm going to fall into a tar pit.
