nice dude! You have way more of the shock shaft showing than I do. Looks great!

And looks like I am adding 220v to the garage and going to weld the bumper myself. ( I need to get back into it anyway and will have another coming for the 4runner anyway. So practice again it is .

@XPOTRPR The Tacoma is looking nice! Leaf pack is beefy. Mine only has 8 leafs. What weight is yours designed to carry?

@TailHook might have to join the mobile house gang earlier than expected. Another one of us is contemplating a move into the enclosed bed space with tent upstairs!

Got the front end lifted on Saturday.

Camburg UCA's, new UCA bolts to avoid bending sheet metal, Wheelers bumps in the front, and 2.5" Radflo extended travel coilovers, with 700# springs and compression clickers.

Will @Sixthelement had a doctors appointment in Phoenix, so he swung by and helped me install it all before we stood around and BS'ed for hours. This was convenient, as all of this stuff used to be his, so he knew how to get it installed and set up just right.

Didn't get any in progress photos, with two of us working things went faster, but the finished product still looks just as goofy without larger diameter tires.

Ditched the front sway bar as well. Will gusset the front spindles in the future, and you lose the ability to have a swaybar at that point anyways, so got rid of it now.

The truck will settle, as it is nowhere near fully loaded in these photos. I'll measure to the frame to see how it compares with XPO's measurements, just for giggles.

Took it for a spin around the neighborhood with Will once everything was torqued down.

Holy hell. I've done a lot of driving on OEM suspension. And plenty on 5160's/6112's.

This is an entirely different experience.

It is not accurate to say it has no problems with speed bumps or dips in the road at speed. It is far more accurate to say that it is if they do not even exist. I am blown away. Forever spoiled. No more entry level suspension for me. Haha

Will and I wrapped up the day by figuring out more additions to the camper, and excellent ways to store things on it.

Spent Sunday preparing the C4 Hybrid front bumper for installation. Also picked this up from Will. Stripped it down to clean it up and remove surface rust.

It gets painted today, and hopefully installed this week, I'll see how my schedule looks and what trip I have planned for this weekend. I need to clean the winch and the (4) 4-pod lights that came with the bumper before it can be assembled.

33's should arrive this week. Then an alignment. I need a recommendation for a good alignment shop who understands increased caster, located in North Phoenix, if anyone has one. I can do lifetime Firestone, but I wasn't impressed when I took my 2016 in a few months ago.

Maybe I'll just go Tundra with a flatbed conversion and keep the Tacoma as a secondary rig...decisions, decisions

I'd reach out to Erick at @state48overland for an alignment...no one else touches my truck!

it is so amazing what the good suspension set ups are like compared to the "entry level" stuff. Night and day. Just wait till you het it on dirt. Its dangerouse as you feel nothing and the faster you go the smoother it gets. Congrats on all the new toys! Truck looks great.

@MR E30 lookin good man! Wish I could of swung by and helped/hung out.

The leafpack is a Toytec Boss pack.. similar weight capacity to the Dakars. But they have been set specifically for my trucks weight.. so not sure. I know I've got about an extra 600 lbs back there.

Looks great! Congratulations on the progress. Are the Radflo’s that much noticeably better compared the 6112’s? Im beginning to hate my 6112’s as I add weight. I’m beginning to realize the valving just won’t handle it that well.

I would recommend Network Alignment off Cave Creek and Cactus. If you know what you want, they will do it for you. Since your UCAs are non-adjustable, it should be a straight forward alignment. Last time I went, the tech and I went through each change to my SPCs until we got it where we wanted it. He test drove and said he wasn’t happy with the slight pull to the right so he said come back after the holiday since they were so busy that day. They were patient while they were busy and no charge that day. They do 6-month warranty too and are honest. They have done ever vehicle for me for the last 20 years and have always done a proper job. They actually understand alignments.

    Thank you.

And yes, they are so noticeable that even passengers who don't know a thing about cars/trucks realize the difference. To someone like me who pays a ton of attention to things like that, it is extremely noticeable.

I still have my 2016 with the 6112's that I drive just about every day, so I am getting real time back to back feedback/experiences, I am not recalling past feelings from my memory.

It's so different that if I ever have to upgrade away from OEM suspension in the future, I won't even contemplate upgrading part ways with a setup like the 5160/6112's.

Awesome, that is close to me and your feedback is appreciated. Thank you.

@Maxx Yes they are a huge difference. My truck went from stock to 6112/5160 to Radlfo and now LT with Radflo.
There’s a reason custom coil overs cost 1500-2k just for the front. VS budget 1k for a full setup.
The first ride we took in his truck afterwards you could hear it in his voice. Holy Shit!
With 6112s on washboard it was hard to find a balance. With the Radflo I could push so much harder and not have to worry

Fuck…gonna be more money going out on suspension parts. Thanks for the feedback. The Bilstein stuff has been good for what I paid but the lower bushings already need replacing and I think it’s causing a clunk on my driver side.

Yes. I’d blow the lower bushing on my 6112 yearly and it’s a PITA to get. I could only get from Wheelers. It’s the same as the 5100 lower. Then it take me a 20+ton press to swap em
