I'm about to lift my truck 3" and i'm needing new uca anyways. I've been looking around and from what I've found people tend to like the camburg, SPC or Total Chaos UCA. I like the idea of the uniball's since first gen ball joints are known to not be the best. Anyone have a recommendation amongst those or another uca? Thanks!

I went with JBAs on my 1st Gen. Stock wheels with 265/75R16s (32s). I'm happy with them.

Thanks! I appreciate the reply, how long did the install take you and how’s the ride quality?

I had a local shop in Boise do the install so I'm not sure about the length of time. But in looking at Coilovers installation instructions, it seems fairly straightforward for a 1st Gen. The ride quality is amazing along with the Icon Stage 1 and AAL. Not too firm on road and composed on fast bumpy fire roads. This truck is primarily used for mountain biking trips and fishing trips in Idaho so it gets a lot of dirt miles. The last time I used it, I had to drive 2 hours of washboard (each way) to get to some obscure fishing and biking spots and it handled the dirt road/trail no problem. I kinda wish I went with 2.5 Fox DSC or Kings adjustable now however.

I love my 2018's but my 1st Gen is the keeper out of all of them.

Those are 32's if I remember correctly. 265/75R16s. Perfect size for the 1st Gen in my opinion. It still looks mostly stock.
