    Hey folks,

I’m about to take my whees off and get my coilovers on. I had a shop adjust the preload of my Fox 2.5’s before they go on the truck (I guess that’s the best method), but they neglected to pay attention to the eyelet orientation. My questions is, am I safe to twist this into alignment using a long 3/8 extension or something? My plan was to bolt the top hat into the strut tower so the body will be stationary, and then crank the piss out of it until it’s lined up.

Wanted to confirm before I hurt something.

Perfect thank you! Looks like I just need to take the spacers out first and then I can get something in there without parts falling out.

could use a crescent wrench on the flat part of the shaft above the eyelet
