    Just put part 1 of the dinner on the smoker to get it to temp to sear. Part 2 will be the lobster tail on the gas grill during the rest time! Cooking BDay dinner, with key lime pie slices for desert! Other than that, football.

    Getting there. My knee is still stiff but my flexion is getting there, up to 135 degrees now. Just need the rest of the swelling to go down and I'm all good.
