    I made gluten free peanut butter cookies for my grandson who has celiac. Actually, it was a flourless recipe: equal parts peanut butter and sugar, and an egg. I put less sugar in because I used JIF. I imagine if you have a natural pb, with less sugar content , you could try 1:1.
