just connect everything and check for leaks after a spirited drive. The coolant you use will leave a distinct pink residue if it leaks anywhere. I have never ran a vacuum test on anything but AC systems.

Same thing I did. And replace the shitty reservoir cap they send with the one shown in the suggested Amazon links below. I finally did it after 12k miles and don’t have to clean up coolant leaks anymore. Not that I really clean my engine bay ever anyway though.

1st gen - it's got a built engine, a turbo, and waaaaaaay too much to list. 3rd gen - basic-bitch lift, S/C, Pro Wheels

They will send you an updated new one if the one they send you is the old design and it leaks. The process is simple for the warranty and they ship it quick. It happened to me, and so many other I think. lol

14 hours later and I'm part of the club. I don't know how some of you got it done in less then 10 hours. And I thought I was moving at a good pace. Worst part of the whole install was laying underneath to drop my front Skid plate, I took a dirt bath.....

Having a lift helps. I removed my wheels and tires to get the truck closer to the ground. I was still hunched over the truck for a solid day but it made it easier. Mine was done almost 80% with hand tools and I had 3 torque wrenches that were preset to the most common torque values so I wasn’t constantly switching back and forth. I used the tools shown below an m18 Milwaukee impact to get the crank bolt out and an m12 ratchet to help with final assembly as I wanted to be done by closing time. 0CBD1DA5-1FA6-453E-A64D-ED40C6CBD34E.jpg

    Wrapped mine up today too.
I also made a bracket to get the catch can a little higher so it’s easier to reach.

I can’t tell. Yours has the same whistle mine has in cold weather for some reason. I might hear a hint of nose cone bearing noise, but I’m not sure. The 3.5 is clacky as heck to begin with.

my second nose cone sounds like it’s starting to fail after about 4000 miles (same amount it took the first one to start failing). But it’s still too quiet for me to be sure. Plus my clutch masters clutch creates some super noisy transmission gear rattle in neutral too so it’s even harder to diagnose noises.

Nice! I still have to mount my catch can. It was 23 degrees out and an unheated garage when I did my install last weekend. I just couldn't do the cold anymore to do that one last easy install....... End of whining

I'm just across the lake from you in northern Michigan. It's been hovering in the teens here.

    That mid-rpm torque dip though...

It's a combination of a couple of things.

    The YW tune addresses this.

Lol @mZiggy knows the reason and addresses this torque dip with his Yotawerx tune.

Edit: Beat me to it! See above!

I know what you mean about the clutch. I got the same one you have. Neutral and low rpm rattle is pretty obnoxious.
