I have to agree. I putted on the AJT and took it off. Prefer to just get the RAV4 just like you. Now I got knobs to get rid of.

Having a hard time finding T-Slot Nuts with 1/4 inch opposed to the normal 3/8 inch bolts on Amazon. Anyone order the 1/4 inch bolt size elsewhere?

We all have done something. This truck and less than a month old getting ready for a wash, lift the wipers and walk away comes back and decides i should take a peek under the hood and now I have paint chips on the edge of the hood from the wipers

The hardness of a material is rated in Mohs, where talc is 1 Mohs and diamond is 10 Mohs. Glass is somewhere around 5.5 to 7 Mohs, jade runs 6.5 to 7. Looks like our windshields are on the low end of the scale.

Next time use a credit card or your California License. They work well. A few years back I was in Salt Lake without a scraper and got a late frost in May. That's the most useful thing I've done with a credit card without it costing me money.

Yea, got to be careful with the matte finish because you rub it shinny. I took the side door stickers off but have decided to keep the rear… for now. I used some goo gone and alcohol on the side stickers/paint and some slightly harder than comfortable rubbing and the ghost sticker is gone from them.

but you can tackle the windshield- just go at it with the heavy pad (because of the scratches) then either light cutting or straight to the polish pad and use on high speed. Do 2 applications with each pad and call it good as it’ll get. Just get a quality glass polisher/cutting compound. I bet you’d be amazed at results

Wired up my camper shell lock and tail gate lock :)

Plus gave her a nice detail inside/out since the roads are clear of the snow and salt

I’ve watched people snap their cards in half, and didn’t want the edge of my license to get chewed up. Truth is there are a bunch of things in my truck I should’ve or could’ve used, I just couldn’t resist that little blade of jade.

edit: a while back I stole an award of the wall at work because it was encased in plexiglass, it lived in my glove box for a while.

ARE topper. Mud guards, factory steps, third bed rail behind cab, tacorail accessory holder, ram mount tablet mount, hood wrap and retro stripes. Bug shield and window shields. Molle seat cover on tear seat.
What did I NOT do to my Tacoma today?

Went to dealer to price the purchase and install of the tailgate remote lock. They said $676.00.

That is what I did not do to my Tacoma today.

Yes, I will order one when it warms up and install myself.

Well, I failed my first attempt at dry apply tint film on my tail lights today. It's tougher than it looks. I may wait to try again until it warms up enough to do it outside on the truck.

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
Holy moly! I paid $129 for the Pop n' Lock and spent a couple leisurely hours having fun installing it very cleanly and proper. As you likely know, it's pretty danged easy but does require a little time on the creepy-creeper under the rig routing your wire up to the cab. It was a fun, get familiar with my Taco, kinda job.
