    That face!

IDK, man....I think that Purdy was destined for a warm, comfortable heated blanket on the bed.

    Won't you reconsider?! Purdy pleeeeeaze!

I think Zero really wants in that cabinet!

We had one that anytime you opened a cabinet, she was in it so fast. I can't tell you how many times she got shut in a cabinet and then we heard faint meowing and realized what happened.

Same cat went for a ride in the dryer once also. She is the gray cat in the pic.

This is Phoebe’s “pet me now, dammit!” face. She’s a timid and shy one compared to the others…until she wants attention

That's pretty cool. Never had a cat that didn’t totally freak out and do the death moan.

20211225_201326_capture(1).jpg We had a feral kitten living under our backyard shed, we feed her, trapped her and turned her over to the neighborhood cats group. They fixed her, gave her a rabies shot and released her back in our yard. She eventually, with patience, became tame and now sleeps inside at night and when its cold during the day stays in. She's a very sweet cat, we named her Sara. Clipped left ear.

Started her in the car early, after a month or so of not liking it, she got used to it.

Probably right. I have no need to travel with my cats, but seen some members that go camping and travel full time with them.

My wife and I used to travel with out first born Calico. Not "vacation" kind of travel but we used to drive down to So Cal about 4 hours south back when my folks were still alive and kickin' and stay for a long weekend or maybe more. It was just easier than finding someone to look in on the critter. She got used to it real quick. We just throw some dry food in a bowl, have standby water, and a small tray with kitty litter in it and off we went. The crazy thing that literally got to be a trend was there was a left turn in town and then up a steep hill about a half mile to our destination. Every single time we made that turn, the damned cat would get in the box and drop a big ol' stinky deuce. The timing was like magic darned near every single time we went!

My Dad thought we were nuts for traveling with a cat and way back when I was a little kid, he was always on the "hates cats" bandwagon. Any time we were visiting, I'd always catch him playing with the cat when it was just the 2 of them! He was super amazed when he figured out if he turned the kitchen faucet on just a trickle, Pete-Pete (the cat) would jump up and play in the water. He got a huge kick out of that. Years later when we raised ferals, my mom agreed to take 2 that were exceptional hand raised boys, Beanie & Cecil. Much to my Dad's chagrin. A couple-a-few years later, he was diagnosed with lung cancer and went through a year long battle that he ultimately lost. During that time, the cats became a part of his daily routine and were always with him, especially as he withered near the end. He died with one of them curled up by his side.

Yup, mines a serial killer. He took extraordinary interest in the gun safe.
He got evicted as soon as he used the inside as a scratching post.
