Haha, have had these damn frame plates and hangers since BAMFs first run of them..... it's time to get off my ass

 

Oh I know how that goes. But welcome back to the mix. I have so many projects I just dumped on myself, but they are to get ready for this coming up wheeling camping season. I want to do more trips this year with all the fellers. We all been letting work and life take up to much of our free time.

Keepers keeps coming up to visit or texting me trying to get me to come down and play around Tombstone. But I just cant make it with work and side jobs then family shit etc. So get off your ass and I will get off mine.

I haven't talked to keepers in a min. I should actually hit him up and see if he can burn in these plates for me and fab a new crossmember. You're a genius! Maybe we can put together a rug road/ turkey creek run/ camp again this year.

 

Speaking of family, I was late to work the other night after going out to rescue my son and his 4Runner.
He found a tire eating hole in the road and snapped his idler arm.

@KingOfTheNorth this was out off Lone Pine Dam rd.

 

He might be able to. He has been working a fuck ton. Then goes down and works for the mine down in Tombstone on weekends mapping out more tunnels for the tours. But yeah that sounds dun. We can get a trip planned again! shenanigans and all.

 

DAMN! That sucks. Off lone pine? Thats a mile from my house. Which 4runner is his?

Well looks like he just added a couple more things to his list of to-do's

 

what became of this beauty?

 

I traded it for my Tacoma, I needed something that could get me down the road faster than 55 MPH. And I had out grown my need to crawl over rocks.

 

Wait...... does this really happen? I didn't think I'd ever outgrow that need.

 

I didn't say I didn't miss it. But I had to drive five hours just to get to the nearest challenging trails. Plus I wanted something different.

 

Note to self: never live far from the trail head.

Ive learned some of my most valuable life lessons from this forum.
