    If thats what you are looking for and dont care about water or electricity you can find some decently priced properties out towards vernon area or the other way near Pinedale.

    Indeed! Building costs are crazy right now too though. Finding something to get into with the low finance rates right now would be ideal and then build later or just slowly. That one for 500k sold a couple years ago for under 200k. Shit's insane
