Had to make a table for my wife’s lego kits- there are a lot more now, this was when I built it back in 2020.

Funny Lego story, my stepson had 2 big plastic totes of legos stored in the basement. As a child all he wanted for Christmas & birthdays was Lego sets. Well he was older and big into video games & girls so the totes were sitting untouched for a few years. Me hating clutter I decided to clean out the basement so I threw both totes, among other things, in the dumpster at work. Short time later I'm searching Craigslist and I see a WTB ad on there for Lego's. I mentioned it to my wife and she said we probably have a small fortune in those totes. She wasn't happy when I told her. I didn't know that legos held their value so well.

It's crazy what they are asking for on Amazon and Ebay. There's two sets I want, but I can't justify spending almost $400 for one and $600 for the other one I want.

Haha it was a 4 day process. I guess why that set was 18+. I personally hate stickers when it comes to legos so I didn’t even bother putting them on

I would have loved to seen the look on the rollback drivers face when he got to the dirt road going back to the cabins.

They don't come up there. A buddy of mine on the mountain trailered it down to the blacktop road.

Stumbled upon this while window shopping. Hard to tell from photos if this a prerunner with the off road package or a 4x4 off road, definitely not a Pro as advertised, anywho, if it’s a 4x4 it’s a hell of a good deal given the mileage and current market.

    Drew,
Hope you don't mind, I turned this (a little below) into a personal dedication. :washing:

There's a definite difference between the Gold and Copper and when you see them side by side it's very obvious.

I am partial to the Copper, and not that the gold doesn't look good, because on a black truck it's freaking incredible looking quite honestly. Right Vin @SCSPerformance ?! :headbang: Or any of the Blues, Reds, Greens, Tans, Whites, or :D I just knew the Copper would look really good with the Inferno. My second choice would have been the Dark Matt Bronze.

Besides being well manufactured wheels, having the correct specs and proven build quality, and of course sexy styles, it was an easy choice when I made it. They are what I without hesitation would run on any of my vehicles. I am a OEM or nothing guy, depending. These fit, look good and work, right into that depending category. Some people will harp a little to bust your balls about the bead lock rings being fake. So what. We know it. Move on. Of course don't go bragging you're running bead locks either. I think the Copper or Gold on the Voodoo Blue Pro I have now would be very nice, but read on to see what I believe to be a bette choice.

Of course, Brushed Copper on the left, and Brushed Gold on the right. This photo is cir. 2016ish Vin?

Mine, when I got them. Brushed Copper. Like Jewels, nearly impossible to take your eyes off of.........

(That mark on the bottom, left wheel above is fuzz. These were not blemishes, and the guy I bought them from just never used them)

    Reppin' Hard

When I lost these in my accident I was tore TF up! I loved these wheels. Unfortunately, the circumstances at the time didn't afford me the opportunity to go to the salvage yard and try to get them.........the deal was this -I had to go to the salvage yard, where the vehicle would already be sandwiched between two vehicles, and with a fractured metacarpal bone, using only hand or battery operated tools, take them off. But! I had to replace them with whatever I could find to put on instead. Then, it had to occur during business hours, during the week only. I was taking pain meds so Debbie would have to take off too and drive me. Since I was physically, and mentally challenged, it meant I would have to ask someone, maybe two capable people to take off work to go do this while I got in the way. Then there was the strong possibility that at least one of them would be deformed from the impact and two would be trashed from spinning around and sliding on it's side.

So as much as it hurt, I let them go.....................:pout:

The Inferno Sport..........with at the time "Special Edition Brushed Copper Ray 10's" :proposetoast:

Didn't matter that it was dirty. The shine came through.

The wheels definitely attracted some shady characters (seen here) vvvv though!

They were perfect in every way........

    :drool::drool::drool:

    The wildlife liked them

    They made good seats

Took me to more parking lots than any other wheel............

Here's a Motley Crew if I ever saw one!!!

Even Salty, they looked damn good!

Only the Lonely, under the US Rt 1 lights by the Gunpowder River. Still shiny!

    or in any light

Work that Ass (I should have bought a dump trailer. Imma dumb ass)

    More work, Tacoma Express Style

    The last known decent photo..........

    Then..............tragedy...........

    No photo needed.

So yeah, if these were the Copper, I might have to make a couple trips to the sperm or blood bank.

Or, maybe the SR8's will someday replace what I have now :notsure:

I think SCS wheels look awesome but they seem to be almost impossible to get. I know the blemish wheels are pretty much new looking. I remember seeing your inferno for the first time. The thing was a beaut!

@Taco1004 thanks for the kind words for the lost firefighters. Hit close to home as I am retired and our son has 2 years on the job in Anne Arundel County. They were on top of the retired Baltimore County firefighter and Reese volunteer lost to Covid exposure this week.
