I drew up a quick and dirty plan. I defaulted my prototype to a 6" circle. I can scale it to whaever size I want one cut out in the plasma table software.Screenshot 2022-01-25 102403.jpg

Mine is 9" across and weighs 3.2 pounds for a reference.

What will you use for material?
I don't know where one could get a flat piece of cast iron, part of something old I guess.
I assume you could cut cast with the plasma?

    In the experimental stage now.

I would just use plate steel.

I'll need to source some heavier tread plate. This is the heaviest tread plate I had. I think the diamond will make it unique and leaves some cool grill marks.

    I now own a 6" bacon press.

I'm the only one that cooks bacon, and not very often, so I think this will work decent.

Season that up like you would a cast iron pan and you'll be good to go! Also makes for a good burger press and even a sandwich press.. they work well for "grill marks" on say a steak or pro chop if you heat it on the grill while side 1 is cooking, then put it on the top after the flip.. provided your grill will close afterwards LOL

Can also work as a burrito press on a flat top until the seam is sealed

I also think it all depends just how close your boat is to water the you can use it on.

i know of very many boats that have not moved in years

I suggested a Viking Funeral that did not go over well.

To me Boats tend to really no different then any other vehicle hobby .

I had a friend that made a very good living doing Marine Electric on the East Shore many clueless people on those fancy boats

If it were up to me, that's all I'd eat. Well that, pork, and chicken. But I know I gotta unfortunately throw some vegetables in the mix. The occasional tossed salad is ok :D

Something Great grandma made i think it was all the odds and ends of ground grains mixed together and fried in lard.

Cheap depression food nothing was wasted .

Her cooking style was dry and burnt For the longest time I would not eat lots of things thinking that was the normal taste

All this bologna talk is giving me hives. (Only Oscar Mayer brand Bologna doesn't give me hives. No idea why, so I don't eat the stuff.)

I am sorry you are unable to feed yourself.

Buying a new House and new Tractor gets expensive.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Nah, just been busy working on the new place today. Once I get rolling I rarely stop to eat. It's a bad habit, but just the way I am. I typically only eat one meal a day during the work week anyways.
