The real interesting part is the previous owner put in a stage 2 clutch in it. Driving it is a real experience... It's all noise, quite hilarious. Downshift and all you get is noise, no action

A few years ago I pulled up at a light next to some loud little sticker covered window tint car that looked like all the springs were broken. I had the 66 wagon with a 289, my only mod is a quiet Flowmaster on the single exhaust.

Just for the heck of it I put my boot in it a bit when the light turned green, not to the floor. Well the kid (with girlfriend) made so much noise revving and shifting his chainsaw sounding engine that I couldn't hear my own exhaust -- but the old wagon just ran away from him, not even a race really.

Wonder how that looked to the girlfriend, losing at the stop light to an old guy in a 4200 pound, 50 year old station wagon.

Top of morning. Saw a deal at home cheapot last night figured I’d share. Local one by me had this pocket knife on sale for $9, half off what the usually are. In the tool aisle with the rest of the milwaukee stuff, seems to be good quality, time will tell how the blade holds up but for under $10 I ain’t complaining.

edit: here’s a link to the SKU, doesn’t show the discounted price but had a yeller tag at my store

So Adam, are you building new sidewall with 2x4's or 6's? Removing existing posts?

2x4's. No way in Hell I could afford to stud it with 2x6's at today's prices  Removing the existing post. Gonna put OSB on the outside and then 4x8 cement siding; gonna be plenty sturdy! Also eventually insulate the walls.

Reason I ask, if this will be a permanent wall, you have the option of mounting new service on outside this wall (200 amp feed through), do a 100 amp back to back in garage, sub feed to new 200 amp panel in basement as opposed to a mast service on the front of home. Plenty of room to feed a future building in back yard. Just an idea.

Yea this will be a permanent wall. Actually it's where I'd like to put the new meter, gonna suck to have to run all that 200amp wire to the basement, but ehh, I got a big hammer drill that'll go through anything :D If I need to do this wall in 2x6 to put the meter base there I will.

Meterbase/panel combo is surface mount so no doesn't require 6's. Can install pvc underground from combo around home and poke in where panel will be located in basement. Piece of cake.

certainly hard to provide any complaints at $10!

The only thing that would keep me from that is tip-down carry when it's in your pocket. Call me a snob, I just prefer tip-up carry for quicker draw and deployment. you know...for when I quickly and aggressively need to break down some boxes

you can swap the clip on the other side so it’s reversed for tip-up carry, so now there’s no reason not to pick one up :)
