All-Weather Floor Liners for Manual Transmission Tacomas?

Which companies make all weather floor liners for the late model Tacomas that have manual transmissions? The best, WeatherTech DigiFit, isn't avaliable for the 2011 6-speed manual. The snow & slush is killing the inside of my truck...

 

The weathertech digifits are great. They'll fit fine. All you gotta do is put them in the truck, push the clutch down, and outline where the clutch hits the mat. Then get a box cutter or sharp scissors and cut out. Voila! you're done. That's what I did and haven't had any issues at all.

edit: and as far as I know the 2005-2011 are all the same style so just order for a 2010 or 2009.

 

Check with Huskey Liner. I have had them in all my vehicles, they are cheaper and hold up great.

 

Yep, weathertechs will fit just fine. Have them in my 6spd. Took about 5-10 minutes to get the trimming of it perfect and you'd never know it was done if I didnt tell you

I got Husky liners in the front and back of my 6 speed, I dont remember having to cut them, but I do know that they are working very well, even with 3 runts and the light interior color.

 

I've got weather techs in my 2009 manual, and I didn't even need to cut the mat. Unless you push the clutch all the way to the ground on every shift, it shouldn't ever come in contact with the mat. At least, mine never has. Only when trying to put it in 4lo will it get stuck, but that's pretty rare for me.

 

I have WTs in my 5 speed and didn't trim shit and there is no issue whatsoever with the clutch pedal even touching the liner.

 

I have WT's on my 2005 6 speed manual and didn't have to trim anything. Also, it's a truck so a little dirt doesn't bother me to much.

 

I have weathertechs... I originally didn't need to cut anything since the clutch only snagged if fully depressed... however as the WTs aged and formed to the floorboard I eventually had to make a 1 inch by 3 inch notch in them... its not noticeable and take about 2 minutes to do... the WT are the best floor mats for the tacoma

 

With the 2nd gen tacos being many years old now, if somthing doesn't fit for a 2011, try changing the year to a 2010 or 2009. It's almost exactly the same truck right from 2005+. Also, if you search "floor liners manual transmission" you will probably come up with a few threads with people mentioning that they had to trim their mats to fit with the clutch.

I just got my WT digital fit mats, and they fit great. I did have to trim out a small area for my clutch to not get caught, but the mats are made out of a rubbery material, and it's simple to trim with an exacto knife or scissors.

They don't lap up the sides but still work very well at protecting your carpets.

 

Yes they will work. Some people choose to cut the rears as well and some people chose to remove the rear console and replace it with the WT's underneath which in my opinion looks factory. Its great looking option and it will protect.

 

Very disappointed w/ the fit of Weathertechs on my 09 regular cab w/ 5 speed......although might be a isolated case as my Wife's new Highlander has them also and they fit like a glove.

Another vote for Weathertechs. i cut mine for the clutch on my 6 speed. Traded that truck in and using the liners on my auto now.

I know it's an old thread, but I have to thank you and up your rep count for adding the photo. (I think I know how to do that!) What a great help that photo is.

 

I just bought the Weathertechs for my 2012 AC 6spd and they now have the cutout for the clutch pedal molded in, and the rears fit absolutely perfectly (fronts too). So Maybe you can order the 2012's for the front, and the 2011's for the rear?

I don't know if the front dimensions are the same for 2011-2012, but I'm pretty sure the rears are different. Do some more searching first.
