    crap bolted and welded together....
    Got from another member, flat black. WILL need to be painted again due to my be harsh on the paint. Dont know the maker, but strong as hell. mounts to the tie down cleats with 2 bolts per side. 3 mounts on it spaced evenly.
    Another person is looking into this as well and is supposed to give me a response by 930pm tonight. So thats what i know.. :D

    Yep. i think it's partly because there's a lot of land between the main population between the two states - basically Portland and Seattle. Hard enough making our meets include southern and eastern Oregon!
