When I replaced my garage doors double pane windows were an option.
Me: "what's the R value of the double pane versus single pane?"
Door guy: <blank look> "no idea, nobody's ever asked before. I'll check with the manufacturer"

I think it's awesome but wouldn't be surprised if it never looks like this. Maybe it will arrive with the Yaris gr. That could have been real fun..
If Toyota is that worried about adding a class of vehicle why not do a dually 2500 or 3500 with a blown 5.7. Way more competition and money to be had there.

Sequoia gets unveiled later tonight. Some images have leaked. I'm excited! Hoping it'll be perfect to pick one up in 4 more years

The point of the raptor is that it's a metric ass load of power, and wide and long. That's what makes desert running fun. If Toyota gives a more timid engine then it'll be sad.

I am not a fan of the size. For me - if I'm going wheeling, it's a Tacoma 4runner ranger wrangler size etc. Tundras F150s Sequoia etc it's just too big. And so if I'm not taking it off road ... Why would I take 12 miles to the gallon when there's a wagon that gets 75 or some shenanigans (heh), has the same interior space, half the cost up front and maintenance costs are halved.

Not preaching - just my stance. I like it, but just not for me.

I don't see it as it looks exactly like the Tundra in front and inside. Capstone obviously has the luxury interior
Yea mot intended for wheeling, too big for the northeast. But for towing and taking the family on trips it should be great. At least it can come with the rear locker again.

TW Express that shit! We have to have some overseas members!
I wouldn't buy that for towing. It's going to suffer from the same issues the Raptor has towing, the suspension is designed to articulate and soak shit up, it will just just sink to the bottom with any real weight on the bumper. Sure, it'll have plenty of power but it's going to feel very floaty and unstable. Those trucks are great for wheeling or mall crawling.

That's great to hear! I bought it from the same guy I bought the cap from, should have just picked it up all at once. The guy did give me, what I think, is a good deal on it considering what they cost new. I was going to make my own slide out setup for the bikes, something simple and easily removed, but it was turning into an planning nightmare, it was going to be stupid heavy, not real easily removed and sort of half-assed. I think this will be a good addition once I figure out how to mount it. I'm finding conflicting information on installing to an aluminum bed so I have a call into Cargo Glide to sort it out. Right now, it's floating in the bed with a few bungees keeping it in place :anonymous:
