Sold a first gen 4runner the other week for $2000. Bad engine and pulled. Absolutely POS, however, no frame rust and fresh built front axle. Actually made a good bit off of that unit with what all I got with it and sold separate.

The dog, "you taking pic of me or not?"

Sirius is sweet, kind of wish I got one over the Sherpa. Oh well, just a bike I reckon.

Edit: Should have never gotten rid of my Chameleon.

Because I thought my normal mountain bikes didn't have a good enough chance of hurting me... here we go. The Chromag Monk is finished!

I think about 72.8% OF MY MAXXIS wobble. It's annoying AF, but I tend to forget about it. Scwalbe don't have this issue, and the MM might be one of the all-time faves, they're just expensive and the Assegai is just so good.

Shit, never tried this. I might have to when I mount the HR2 this spring, which will of course wobble.

    The bike or the 'Runner?

I'm really thinking about giving the Magic Mary's a go. I have the Hans Damf now and like them, just want something a little more aggressive up front.

I know this isn't the kind of bike most of you guys are into, and it's my first ebike. I'm mire into vintage schwinns and restorations. I do have an older 80's schwinn mountain bike that I set up for a road bike but this is something completely new for my. Now keep in mind my primary use of the bike will be as a commuter to get back and forth to work, saves miles on my taco.
Of course it had to come on a snow day.
    20220124_135931.jpg
So I brought it down to my woodshop where it's nice and warm to put it together.

    Out of the box.

And I added a tank bag to carry some tools and stuff.

Pretty stoked about this thing. Ariel rider x class 52v with a 1000 watt hub motor and a full suspension that's good enough for road use. It's really an e moped but it does have a class 2 sticker, lol. Wink wink.

MM's and Mazza's are my go to front tire these days. If I can get them at a good price.

I agree with being mindfull and respectful of others. I have a long moped background. I also own a 1980 Honda express. But I was a moped mechanic back in the late 70s early 80s, worked on em all. Solex, batavus, motobecane, vespas, peugeot, all the Italian models, etc etc. But I also dig my pedal bikes and the vintage ones. But I'm 61 and slowing down a bit so this thing will still keep me rolling along and having fun. I'll be doing a lot uf upgrades to it, starting with the tires and handlebars.

I was wondering if/when someone was going to notice this . I'm a trail rider at heart and have been riding clipless for so long that I've lost most flat pedal skills. Honestly, my main goal with the bike was to get back into dual slalom racing and maybe some pump track stuff too, where I felt like clipping in may be beneficial. That said, I have some flats and associated shoes as I do want to re-learn how to ride flats.
