Recent signs of the coming apocalypse:
    • Car dealer advertisement where their selling point is "We will only charge you MSRP..."
    • Stopped at a railroad crossing waiting for a train to pass, end of train comes,,, and there is a caboose on the end!
Make peace with your higher power now, we don't have long.

    ;)

Good morning everyone! Made it back last night I had to scout some stream on the way back. I probably could have made it back in time to avoid Charlotte traffic but we have to have our priorities straight and live with the consequences.

The last time I saw a caboose was at Williams Brice stadium.

I imagine that they were just transporting it some where. Certainly isn't normal. Waiting there, see the end of the train coming and think "whoa, WTF is that and why have I been transported back in time?"

I've seen a few Union Pacific freight trains over the past year or so with a caboose . This was on a main line thru the Mojave desert when I lived in the High Desert

It's kind of a roller coaster ride, one day, amazing, then next SORE... But it's getting better everyday.. I can't wait till she's back at 100% so I can stop worry about everything..

    Thanks for asking...

A fine line of putting up with the boredom of doing nothing and not overdoing it when you just can't take it any more.
Glad she's on the road to recovery though
