Third Shift?

 

Yeah. Went back to nights this past Monday. Gonna be job hunting. Be easier for interviews and stuff. Also to screw them over a bit. I'm the only experienced press break operator and the only CNC turret operator in my department so they basically don't have anyone to run the engineering stuff during the day. Can't do that stuff on nights because no QA or programming support. I'm basically doing the bear minimum now

 

If it's got more than 3 axis, I'm their guy here. I've bounced to every mill and index in my area in the past 5 years here. Also looking, but I doubt I'd find anything that pays more than 36/hr.
