They're called clearance lights. Search for them at JC Whitney or Autoanything. Personally, I think they'll look way out of place on a Tacoma, but just my $0.02, your truck, if you like it, go for it!

You should probably get a windshield visor, running boards, 6" ventshades, and a spoiler to go along with them too.

It'd be different. I'd lay the kit out on the roof first and take a long, hard look at it before you install. Maybe take a few pics and think it over for a couple of days.

You'll be drilling 15 holes in your roof and 5 of them will be 1/2 in diameter. You'll want to be sure about this.

Recon makes some cool stuff. Don't remember if they sell a universal fit kit or not.

Yep, plowsite and lawnsite have a lot of anti-toyota members for sure. I am a member on lawnsite and a lot of these guys seems to think you need a diesel to pull around 2,000 lbs worth of landscaping equipment. The problem is that Toyota just doesn't really have a commercial following. The big 3 have the reigns when it comes to commercial trucks, not to mention the incentives our government offers for buying new american vehicles.
